How to Speed up Article Submission
Article submission although being a  slow process is the best way to increase link popularity but still a lengthy one.
Outsourcing article marketing from others can be a good option, But obviously a costly affair.
Here are some of the methods that can practically speed up your process.
1. Maintain a Database

Maintain a record of all your efforts,Create a separate folder where you can store all your articles. Maintain an excel sheet with list of   directories you are submitting. mark x in front of all directories once you are done with article no.X, Maintain a sheet of login id & passwords of all article directories.

2. Use Some Article Spinner Software

Since we would want to submit a unique fresh article to each & every directory, Use some “article spinner softwares“. It is really important to use unique articles as long as possible, But I would Leave it up to you to go ahead and take that decision. There are some paid versions as well. But if you are new i would not recommend you to do it. one of them given here & here.

3. Manual V/S Automated Articles
The difference between automated and manual article submissions is that With an automated submission service, you enter your article and author resource box just once, and the service will submit it to many different article directories all at once.
If you wanted to get that kind of coverage manually, you’d have to go to each separate article directory, one by one, log in, and enter your article and author resource box over and over and over — tedious job eh! However, even though manual submission is a little extra work, It is  highly recommend that you do manual submissions to just the top 4–5 directories when you first start out.

Why?  Two reasons: (more…)

Article Marketing Content Tips

Article Marketing Content Tips
Article submission is an art, It needs to be done effectively. As per my experience Article Marketing is the best way to increase your link popularity, the link relevancy remains great & at times you can also expect some traffic from your articles.
There are several best practices that needs to be implemented to get the best results.

Best practices in terms of Content Development:

1. Head Lines:

Headlines are the most crucial part of your articles, Remember always create a keyword rich & extremely compelling Headline, Its really important, Always do some keyword research before you go for choosing your article head-line.

2. Resource Box:

Resource box is a crucial part of your article, Although all the different article directories have different policies regarding resource boxes, But yes they are present almost everywhere. Now the thing is always make sure   that you include your links in your resource box,” Do Not Stuff ” your articles with your links. It actually is irritating & will obviously get your article disapproved, So unless extremely required avoid adding links in between your articles. What i personally do is while creating content i write sentences in such a way that i can add my links in between for e.g. “Page-rank(If my target keyword is PageRank than,I would link this to one of my page exactly explaining what is pagerank/news related to pagerank.& on the landing page i would put a banner ad of my site or page which i want to promote)this  is an algorithm developed by Google” . Although I keep this count to minimum. At the most 3. But if you can’t create sentences like these, At-least make use of the resource box properly. Use a keyword targeted link(Deep-Link if possible) to your site.

3. KISS (Keep it Short Stupid):

Remember your articles need to be short. for following reasons…

  1. Resource Box: Remember you want people to see your resource box, If you keep it long they won’t really read it coz long articles are really boring, & when you submit longer articles you are just actually helping directory owner by letting him show adsense ads on your articles, Since his ads are more visible than your Resource Box Links, They will get more attention than your links. So be careful!!!!
  2. The success lies in Quantitative Quality. 2 or 3 articles are always better than one single article, So obviously if you have an habit of writing large articles, Split them up in multiple parts, & post them individually.

4. Duplicate Content:

This is always debatable that if you get links from sites having duplicate content, You will get penalized by google for using duplicate content link scrapping. But to avoid this i usually would post unique articles to a bunch of directories. I don’t repeat my articles in more than 3 directories, You can always have simpler strategies.

5. Article Quality is Important:

Your article cannot simply be an advertisement or pitch for whatever you are selling.  In fact, even your resource box should not be pitching for sale.  An article is a gateway that allows you the opportunity to begin a dialogue with a potential prospect making lot of quality articles with your targeted keywords linked to it  will surely help you in getting higher search rankings as well.

To Summarize This:

you need a compelling headline, and a blockbuster opening paragraph. From there, your article should lead the reader step-by-step, sentence-by-sentence, to your resource box, where the call to action is such that the reader clicks through onto your turf.
